Preparations
Use
a potato masher to crush the crackers up in a bowl.
Then mix in spices.
In a separate bowl mix hamburger, egg and sauce.
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well.
Lay down paper.
Cut paper into six inch squares.
On another piece of paper spread out a ball of mixture and flatten to
about 1/4 inch high and 5 inches wide.
Then cut to shape with the 4 inch bowl.
Remove excess and flip Patti over onto a plate.
Remove the bigger sheet of paper and replace with 6 inch sheet.
Repeat until all the mix is used up.
Place in freezer for 4 hours then put stack into a bread bag for long
term storage
